RESEARCH AND TECHNICAL DATABASE
We continually aim to improve the performance of our grinding wheels by seeking new specifications, which are achieved by working together with our suppliers of abrasives as well as several customers and machine manufacturers. With our constantly updated database, we can recommend the most suitable grinding wheel for any process, in terms of material, machine, parts to be grinded, and machining and dressing parameters.
TECHNICAL AND SALES ASSISTANCE
To optimise machining processes, we provide free advice not only about grinding wheel specifications but also machining parameters, dressing tools, lubricoolant and filter fabric.
Consistent performance is guaranteed by inline quality control regarding component weighing, mixing (carried out in a climate-controlled area), pressing and firing processes as well as dimensional and geometrical tolerances. As required by the UNI EN ISO 12413 standard, we perform overspeed and dynamic balance tests on our grinding wheels. We test the hardness of each batch using GrindoSonic electronic equipment.
We deliver grinding wheels in stock within 8 working days of receipt of order. If turning is required, we ask for 10 working days. Our usual delivery terms are as follows:
For urgent orders, we can cut our normal delivery times by half, at least for part orders. Upon request, we can work on an open-order basis, supplying our grinding wheels “just in time”.
For each order, we send an order confirmation stating the scheduled delivery date, which is always maintained. We always notify customers in advance of any serious delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
